Dr. Walter Villanueva, D.D.S.

Walter Villanueva, D.D.S, is a native of Rochester, New York, who moved to Phoenix, AZ to promote healthy smiles in July of 2009. Dr. Villanueva practiced Pediatric Dentistry for several years across the country prior to bringing his talents in dentistry to Kidiatric Dental. Dr. Villanueva graduated and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University of Buffalo - School of Dental Medicine.

After finishing his dental education, he moved to New York City where he received additional training at an advanced postdoctoral program in the field of pediatric dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center Hospital. For fun, Dr. V enjoys spending time hanging out with his family, friends and two Yorkie dogs. When he is not in his vegetable garden sipping his morning coffee enjoying nature, he likes riding his motorcycle, camping, and going for hikes in the desert. Dr. V loves to travel and has recently taken up sailing as a new hobby.


Dr. Mike Phillips, D.D.S.

Dr. Mike Phillips, D.D.S. is a pediatric dentist with over 20 years of academic experience serving as a clinical attending for the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo (CHOB) with the University of Buffalo. Dr. Mike joined Kidiatric Dental in December of 2015 and quickly became a member of the Kidiatric family. Dr. Mike enjoys hiking in his spare time, playing with his dogs, and exploring our glorious Arizona mines for minerals and gems.


Dr. Rick Wolfgramm, D.D.S.

Dr. Wolfgramm decided to pursue a career in orthodontics because he feels it blends his interest in dentistry/engineering/art and helping others. Dr. Wolfgramm received his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University. He attended dental school at SUNY University of Buffalo in New York.

Dr. Wolfgramm completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) in Grandview, WA. He then studied Orthodontics for three years at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Wolfgramm loves to study the newest techniques and technology in orthodontics. He is amazed at the progress that has occurred in the field of orthodontics since he started practicing. This desire to be at the forefront of orthodontics has driven him to adopt Invisalign and in-house aligner therapy, in addition to traditional braces. Adventure Dental has become a Diamond Provider for Invisalign, which means we are in the top 1% of Invisalign providers. Dr. Wolfgramm has served on the Randall Children?s Hospital Craniofacial Team since 2013. He helps direct treatment for children born with cleft lip and palate and other craniofacial issues.

Dr. Wolfgramm completed his 3-year orthodontic residency at Maimonides Medical Center and is Board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Wolfgramm is a family man, and He and Niki celebrated their 20th anniversary in Jan 2022. They have six wonderful children who keep them on their toes. They both enjoy all sorts of indoor/outdoor activities. He and Niki also coach basketball for the Boys & Girls Club. Dr. Wolfgramm plays indoor soccer, basketball, and Ultimate Frisbee. He is an active church member and enjoys working with the youth. He is trying to gain skills on his grill, and his kids say he?s getting pretty good. Their favorite family activities include going to parks, zoos, museums, and visiting grandma and grandpa.


Dr. Sidney Parker, D.D.S.

Dr. Parker is passionate about her career as a pediatric dentist. She takes joy in transforming dental care into a delightful journey for young patients. A graduate of University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and NYU Langone Health, Dr. Parker combines expertise with a friendly demeanor to create a warm and welcoming environment.

She is an empathetic dentist with a holistic approach to life. Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Parker unwinds on the tennis court, finds solace in nature through hiking, explores new worlds in books, embraces the adventure of travel, and nurtures mind and body with the practice of yoga. She is a committed advocate for both oral health and a well-balanced lifestyle.


Dr. Sabita Rao, D.M.D

Dr. Sabita Rao, originally from the United Kingdom, completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University, School of Dental Medicine in 2004. She completed a further two years of specialized residency training to receive her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Lutheran Medical Center program, in Maine. During her time in residency, she was recognized for her research project focusing on the importance of establishing a dental home for children.

After completing her studies, she has worked in public health, private practice, and academic dentistry. Dr. Rao is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the College of Diplomates. She relocated to Phoenix Arizona in 2016 and has been following her passion of providing dental care to children ever since.


Dr. Jad Tawil, D.M.D.

Dr. Tawil, or Dr. T, completed his undergraduate schooling at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ before moving to New Orleans to complete a Master’s in Microbiology and Immunology at Tulane University. From a young age, he was captivated by the world of dentistry and the revitalizing power it held. This gave rise to his next chapter where he attended Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. His fascination only grew stronger as he witnessed the smiles and joy that dental care could bring to children, instilling in him a desire to specialize in pediatric dentistry. He then completed a two-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry rotating between Texas A&M University, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Children’s Medical Center Dallas, and various outreach clinics.

As a board certified pediatric dentist, Dr. T claims his greatest joy lies in witnessing the transformation of a child's dental experience from apprehension to confidence. By combining compassion, expertise, and a genuine love for what he does, he is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young patients, one smile at a time. He strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and cared for. Beyond routine dental care, Dr. T’s devotions include family, movies and, occasionally, video games!
